How long does delivery take?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Here are our standard shipping times:

Usually 1-2 weeks. Due to the high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s).

Some of our products are shipped from our overseas supplier direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Relief-Shop successfully ships A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we work with a few different manufacturers, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!  

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
